Hyundai Launches New i20 ‘Magna Executive’ Variant at ₹7.50 Lakh
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has introduced the new Magna Executive variant of its popular premium hatchback, the Hyundai i20, priced at ₹7.50 lakh (ex-showroom). This addition aims to offer value-driven buyers a blend of premium features, advanced safety, and modern technology at an attractive price point.
Magna Executive: Enhanced Features, Great Value
Over its 15-year journey with more than 1.4 million units sold, the Hyundai i20 has remained a bestseller in India’s premium hatchback segment. The newly launched Magna Executive sits between the existing Magna and Sportz trims, bringing several key upgrades including 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), and Hill Start Assist for enhanced safety.
The variant features 15-inch wheels, LED daytime running lights (DRLs), a tyre pressure monitoring system, rear AC vents, and a digital instrument cluster with a TFT Multi-Information Display (MID).
Hyundai has also introduced the option of its iVT automatic transmission for the Magna trim at ₹8.88 lakh, delivering a smoother and more refined driving experience. Additionally, a Smart Electric Sunroof is now available, making premium features more accessible to customers.
Upgraded Sportz (O) Variant
The Sportz (O) variant has received significant enhancements, including a Bose 7-speaker sound system, Smart Key with Push Button Start, Smart Electric Sunroof, and a fully automatic climate control system with a digital interface. These updates further elevate the i20’s appeal for tech-savvy customers.
Infotainment Upgrade Now Affordable
Hyundai has also launched a new 25.55 cm touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, bundled with a rear parking camera. Priced at just ₹14,999 as an official accessory and backed by a 3-year warranty, this upgrade offers flexibility for buyers across all variants.
