Mahindra has introduced the 2025 Thar Roxx with a standout audio upgrade in India. The top-spec AX7L variant now features a Dolby Atmos sound system, marking the Thar as the first Indian SUV to offer this immersive audio technology. This advanced sound system, also seen in Mahindra’s electric SUVs like the BE 6 and XEV 9e, is the result of Mahindra’s ongoing collaboration with Dolby Laboratories.
The updated Thar Roxx boasts a premium 9-speaker Harman Kardon setup combined with 4-channel Dolby Atmos support. This configuration delivers a cinematic 3D sound experience, making it feel like audio moves all around the cabin. Additionally, the infotainment system supports Gaana, allowing passengers to stream Dolby Atmos-enabled music directly.
