Jeep Wrangler Willys ‘41 Special Edition Launched in India at ₹73.16 Lakh
The Willys Jeep remains one of the most iconic vehicles in automotive history, evoking a strong sense of nostalgia among enthusiasts around the globe. In India, the Willys legacy continues with a dedicated fan base, especially among SUV lovers. Honouring that heritage, Jeep India has launched the Wrangler Willys ‘41 Special Edition, priced at ₹73.16 lakh (ex-showroom).
Limited to Just 30 Units
Jeep is offering only 30 units of this exclusive edition in India, each finished in a striking 1941 Willys Military Green — a tribute to the brand’s military roots. This special paint scheme and exclusive design features help distinguish it from the standard Wrangler.
Unique Design and Feature Upgrades
The Willys ‘41 Special Edition comes equipped with a number of enhancements that reflect its rugged heritage. On the outside, the SUV sports a 1941 hood decal, powered side steps for easier ingress and egress, and a dual-channel Digital Video Recorder (front and rear). Additional accessories include grab handles and all-weather floor mats.
An optional accessory package is available for ₹4.56 lakh, which includes a roof carrier with integrated side steps and a Sunrider roof — adding both utility and style.
Performance and Powertrain
Under the hood, the Willys ‘41 Special Edition remains mechanically identical to the standard Wrangler. It is powered by a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that produces 270 bhp and 400 Nm of torque, mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox and a full-time 4×4 system.
