Maruti Suzuki Prepares Brezza Facelift for 2026 Launch

Maruti Suzuki is gearing up to update one of its most popular compact SUVs, the Brezza. The current-generation model has been on sale since 2022, and the facelift is now in testing. The updated Maruti Suzuki Brezza is expected to arrive next year with changes to its design, interior, and safety package. This update will help the Brezza stay competitive in the fast-growing compact SUV segment.

Updated exterior design

The upcoming Brezza facelift is not expected to bring a major design overhaul, but Maruti Suzuki will introduce small updates to refresh its look. Recent test mule images suggest the SUV may get new black alloy wheels with a swirl-style pattern. The front end could feature slightly redesigned headlamps for a more streamlined look. At the rear, Maruti Suzuki may add an LED light bar connecting the tail-lamps, along with updated bumpers to give the SUV a cleaner and more modern appearance.

Interior upgrades and features

Inside, the Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift is likely to receive minor improvements to enhance comfort and practicality. This could include new seat fabric options, subtle design tweaks, and a few added convenience features. The existing 9-inch and 7-inch touchscreen infotainment systems are expected to continue. Higher variants may also offer upgraded safety features, though details are not confirmed yet.

Engine and transmission options

Maruti Suzuki is expected to continue with the familiar 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 103hp and 137Nm of torque. Gearbox choices will include a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic. The CNG variant is also likely to remain part of the lineup.

The Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift aims to offer a refreshed look and improved features while keeping its reliable and efficient powertrain unchanged.
