Mahindra & Mahindra Announces Price Hike of Up to 2.5% Across SUV Range from 6 April

Mahindra has announced a price hike across its SUV lineup, with the new prices set to come into effect from 6 April. The increase will be up to 2.5 per cent, while the average hike stands at around 1.6 per cent across its range.

According to Mahindra & Mahindra, the decision comes due to rising input costs and overall cost pressures. This is something we have seen across the industry in recent months, with several carmakers adjusting prices to manage increasing expenses.

The revised pricing will apply to both internal combustion engine (ICE) models as well as electric vehicles. This includes models like the Mahindra XUV 3XO EV, Mahindra XEV 9e, and Mahindra BE 6. Commercial vehicles from the brand will also be affected by this change.

However, there is some relief for early buyers of the recently introduced Mahindra XUV7XO. The company has confirmed that prices for the first 40,000 bookings will remain protected, and the hike will only apply after those deliveries are completed.

It’s important to note that this price revision does not bring any changes to features or mechanical specifications. Buyers will continue to get the same equipment and performance as before, just at slightly higher prices.

Alongside this update, Mahindra has also been active with new and special editions. Models like the Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition and Mahindra XEV 9e Cineluxe Edition have already started reaching customers.

The brand is also working on upcoming models, including the Mahindra Thar facelift and Mahindra Scorpio N facelift. With steady sales of over 61,000 units in March 2026, Mahindra continues to hold a strong position in the market.
