Visually, the Tata Punch facelift now looks closer to the Punch EV. The overall shape remains unchanged, but the front end has been updated with vertically stacked LED headlamps and revised LED DRLs set within a gloss black surround. The bumper design is also new and gives the SUV a slightly tougher stance. At the rear, connected LED tail-lamps and a redesigned bumper help freshen things up. New dual-tone 16-inch alloy wheels and six colour options add more choice for buyers.

Inside, the cabin layout remains familiar, but there are some welcome updates. The Punch facelift gets a new two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo and a revised touch-based climate control panel. The seats feature a refreshed design inspired by the Punch EV, and both front and rear seats now get extendable thigh support. Safety continues to be a strong point, with six airbags as standard and a 5-star Bharat NCAP rating for adult and child occupants.

The biggest highlight is the new 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine, producing 120hp and 170Nm of torque. Borrowed from the Tata Nexon, this engine comes paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox and significantly improves performance. The existing petrol and petrol-CNG options continue, with the CNG variant now also offered with an AMT gearbox.

Feature highlights include a 10.25-inch touchscreen, a new 7-inch digital driver’s display, a 360-degree camera, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and an 8-speaker sound system. With competitive pricing and added performance, the Tata Punch facelift strengthens its position in the sub-compact SUV segment.
