Mahindra XEV 9e Cineluxe Edition Reaches Dealerships

Mahindra has started dispatching the new XEV 9e Cineluxe Edition to dealerships across India. This special version of the electric SUV was introduced earlier this month at a price of Rs. 29.35 lakh (ex-showroom). It is based on the top-spec Pack Three Select variant and brings a few cosmetic updates to set it apart.

On the outside, the changes are subtle but noticeable. The Cineluxe Edition is offered in two exclusive matte shades – Satin Black and Satin White. The finish gives the SUV a more premium look compared to the standard model. Apart from the new colours, the only visible addition is a ‘Cineluxe’ badge placed on the rear quarter panel.

Inside, Mahindra has given the cabin a refreshed theme. The interior now features a Chestnut Brown colour scheme, paired with Nocturne Black elements across the dashboard and trims. This combination adds a warmer and slightly more upmarket feel to the cabin.

In terms of features, the Cineluxe Edition remains unchanged from the standard version. It continues to offer a panoramic sunroof, a full ADAS suite, and multiple connected features. The dashboard layout includes three screens, while entertainment duties are handled by a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system with Dolby Atmos support. There are also 65W Type-C charging ports for added convenience.

Under the hood, or rather under the floor, there are no mechanical changes. The XEV 9e Cineluxe Edition uses the same 79kWh battery pack paired with a single electric motor. It produces 282bhp and 380Nm of torque, with a claimed driving range of up to 656km on a single charge.

Overall, this edition focuses more on style than performance, offering a slightly more distinctive look for buyers.
