Tata Harrier EV AWD Launched: Prices, Specs & Booking Details Revealed
Tata Motors has reintroduced an AWD (all-wheel drive) option to its lineup after discontinuing the Safari Storme back in late 2019. The new Tata Harrier EV Empowered AWD variant has been launched at a starting price of ₹28.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Official bookings for this electric SUV will commence from 2nd July 2025. Notably, the AWD system is offered exclusively on the top-spec Empowered trim.

The Empowered AWD model features a 75kWh battery pack coupled with a dual-motor setup, producing a combined output of 396PS and 504Nm of torque. It delivers a claimed MIDC range of 622km on a single charge.

The Adventure, Adventure S, and Fearless Plus (65kWh) trims use a single-motor RWD setup producing 238PS and 315Nm of torque, and claim a MIDC range of 538km. Meanwhile, the Fearless Plus (75kWh) and Empowered (75kWh) variants, despite having the same power figures, get a larger battery, offering an extended range of up to 627km.
